UR Amazing Enterprises ("UR Amazing," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your personal information when you visit our website, shop through our online store, or interact with us through Messenger or other channels, in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and the issuances of the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines.

This Policy applies across all UR Amazing digital properties, including our WordPress-hosted brand website and our Shopify-hosted online store, referred to together in this Policy as the "Site."

This Policy is written to be read easily — not full of legal jargon, in line with NPC Circular No. 2023-04, which requires that consent and privacy notices use clear, plain language. If any part is unclear, you may contact us using the details in Section 12.
